MONTHLY REVENUE SHARE FROM PRODUCT AND SERVICES
All revenue will be shared on a gross margin basis after deduction of all cost of goods, direct costs and contractually obligated payments to third-party business partners. All appropriate net revenue related to your club sales will be paid to you on a monthly basis, including:
